COLLECTING YOUR FINISHED POTTERY
When your pottery is finished, we’ll glaze it and it will be ready to collect in 3-5 weeks. Once its ready we’ll send you a text to let you know. If its been more than 5 weeks and you haven’t heard from us, please give the studio a call and quote your ticket number - its most likely ready and the text just hasn’t reached you. You have 1 month from receiving the text to collect your pottery. It is your responsibility to collect your pottery within the given time limit. Any pottery left beyond 1 month will be donated to charity. If you cannot collect your pottery, please call the studio and pay for your item(s) to be posted which takes 2-5 weeks depending on the length of our post queue. Post costs £6-£25 to one address (Prices may change depend on postage and packing costs).

GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months, if there are exceptional circumstances which mean you will not be able to use it, please get in touch before your voucher has expired and we may be able to make an exception. Losing or forgetting about your voucher is not an exceptional circumstance.
For taster throwing vouchers, our throwing lessons are often fully booked 3.5 months in advance, make sure to book the session before the voucher expires. The taster throwing lesson can be for a date after the voucher has expired. If your voucher has expired, your session cannot be rearranged so please make sure you’re available.
If you are using your voucher for painting, the voucher must be used within the year period as we have plenty of availability.
Please keep a tight hold of the voucher as you’ll need to bring it with you. If you think there is chance you might lose it, take a picture of it on your phone just in case.
If you gift someone a voucher, we advise asking them if they’ve used it after a couple of months so they get to make the most of the wonderful gift you’ve given them. It is yours/the recipients responsibility to use a gift voucher, reminders will not be given and we are not responsible if your recipient forgets to use the voucher.
Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for money or refunded more than 24hrs after purchase.
From 22nd March 2024 onwards, taster throwing is for those aged 12+. If you have bought a gift voucher for taster throwing for someone aged 10 or 11 before the 22nd March 2024 please send us an email before making your booking.
REPLACEMENT VOUCHERS
If your painted pottery cracks in the firing process we will offer you a replacement voucher equal to the value of the piece of pottery that was cracked. This voucher can only be used for pottery painting, and cannot be used towards a making or group session.
COMPETITIONS
We run regular competitions on our social media + mailing list - make sure you’ve liked/followed/signed up to be in with a chance of winning. Prizes are usually vouchers for an experience with us and are valid for 6 months. Vouchers can only be used for their specific purchase - ie you cannot use a voucher to paint a mug towards a throwing lesson.
DATA PROTECTION: How do we store and use your data?
We like to keep our customers information to ourselves. At the end of a painting or throwing session, we will ask for your phone number and email address. This is simply just so we have a way of contacting you about your pottery if we need to. Any paper copies are shredded once we are done with them.
The only exception to this, is if you choose to tick 'yes' to our mailing list, or sign up for news and updates via the form on our website. Read below to find out how each one uses and stores your information.
Subscribing via in-store shop ticket:

We do not use any third-party list integration websites like some bigger companies might, and you will always have the option at the bottom of a newsletter from us, to unsubscribe or change your subscription preferences.
