Postage + Packaging

If you choose to have your pottery posted, you can sleep soundly knowing we will do everything we can to get it to you in perfect condition. This means we wrap it in lots of packings paper, surround it with packing wotsits , pack it in a recycled cardboard box and emblazon it with fragile tape.

We price our postage service based on the estimated size and weight of the parcel we’ll be sending you, plus a little extra to cover the packing materials. This is generally £5-£15 to the UK and £13+ to Europe. Your parcel will be sent with Royal Mail. From when postage is agreed it can take 6-8 weeks for your piece to reach you.

We’re in the process of researching how to make our packaging as eco-friendly as possible, however the safe delivery of your pieces is our number one priority. It is for this reason we ask you to where possible re-use and recycle the packing materials you receive.
